The Cooking Penguin was born from the idea that healthy desserts can be both sugar free and delicious. TCP was started by professional Chef Marco Gaona, who lost over 150 pounds with his own invented healthy and tasty recipes. Along with his partners Randy Gerson and Nathaniel Hosmer, Marco hopes to bring you exceptional cakes that delight the senses yet are also sugar free and able to be enjoyed by everyone in your family, even those who are diabetic.
